A common request at showers
1 can cream of coconut (located same place as ginger ale in grocery
store, usually)
64 oz can pineapple juice
2 ltr ginger ale
vanilla ice cream
Blend cream of coconut and pineapple juice. Stir in ginger ale. Top
with scoops of ice cream.
So delicious!
Jessica, THANKS so much for setting this up!!! I am probably going to be using it a lot. I am determined that when we get back I am going to cook every other day. I think right now it is every two or three and many times with no recipes! Love this! Thanks!
